Prices are in EUR and are shown for the apartment for one night rental. Price list is valid from 1.12.2011 till 1.5.2012. Prices are informative and can be a subject to change. Prices include VAT, but exclude Tourist/City tax. Supplements: Pets per day 10 EUR Baby cot per day 6 EUR Additional bed per day 9 EUR Tourist/city tax per day 1,01 EUR Cleaning 25 EUR General conditions: 1. Reservations: After confirmation of booking from our side, we ask you kindly to pay deposit in value of 30% of whole accomodation cost, on our account M4M d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 319, 1000 Ljubljana, open at Deželna banka Slovenije. With foreign deposits its obligatory to state IBAN and SWIFT! IBAN: SI56191000010073019, SWIFT: SZKBSI2X Only than reservation is valid! 2. Arrivals: On day of your arrival, apartment will be ready from 3 p.m. on. 3. Departures: You are kindly asked to leave the apartment on the date of your departure untill 10 a.m. 4. Cancellation: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, deposit will be returned. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, we'll keep the deposit. In case that we can rent apartment to someone else, deposit will be returned. In any case we can charge you with administrative costs, that appeared due to your cancellation. 5. Means of payment: Cash, EC-Cards, Credit Cards (Master/Eurocard, Visa, Dinners). Other conditions: For period 27.12.2011 - 4.1.2012 deposit in value of 40% has to be paid until 1.11.2011 and it is not reundable.
